1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and mg999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the mg999 platform, you unconditionally agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the mg999 website.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to hold an active mg999 account and participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

This verification process (commonly referred to as "KYC" — Know Your Customer) is a standard industry requirement and a condition of continued account use. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested time frame may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

3 Account Registration & Verification

When registering for a mg999 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. All personal details submitted during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information — must be truthful and must match the identity documents you may be asked to provide during the KYC verification process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mg999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other individual to access your account, or use another player's account. mg999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your own failure to keep your credentials secure.

mg999 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering purposes.
• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account belongs to an individual under the age of 18.
• The account belongs to a Player who has applied a self-exclusion that remains active.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

mg999 supports a range of payment methods that are widely used by players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These thresholds may be revised from time to time at mg999's discretion, and any changes will be reflected on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages within the platform.

All deposits to your mg999 BDT wallet are credited in Bangladeshi Taka. mg999 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside mg999's control. You are advised to consult your payment provider's published fee schedule before initiating a transfer.

Withdrawal requests are processed by mg999 within one business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off. Funds are typically credited to your nominated bKash or Nagad account within 24 hours of processing confirmation. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. mg999 reserves the right to conduct additional security and KYC checks before releasing withdrawal funds, particularly for high-value or first-time withdrawal requests.

Restriction on payment method: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. This policy is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. mg999 will not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts, payment wallets not associated with the registered player's identity, or accounts belonging to a different individual.

All funds deposited into your mg999 account are held exclusively for the purpose of gaming and betting on the mg999 platform. mg999 does not pay interest on player account balances. Player funds held on the platform are segregated from mg999's operational funds and are maintained for the sole purpose of fulfilling player account balances.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

mg999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to first-deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins packages, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are stated at the time the offer is presented to the Player.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions on mg999 unless the individual promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is already active does not automatically activate a second concurrent bonus.

mg999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any qualifying deposits already made will be refunded in full to the Player's mg999 wallet as real-money balance. mg999 also reserves the right to reverse bonus credits and associated winnings if it is determined that a player exploited a technical error, used a bonus in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, or engaged in coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the mg999 platform — including video slots, live dealer casino games, crash titles, and arcade games — are supplied by independent, fully licensed game studios. Each provider's games operate using certified random number generators (RNG) that have been tested and audited by accredited independent laboratories. The published RTP (Return to Player) figures for all games are accurate representations of the mathematically expected average return over an extended number of game rounds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mg999 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of winnings, and a permanent ban:

• Exploiting software bugs, display glitches, or calculation errors in any game. Any winnings obtained as a result of an exploit are not valid and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in any live dealer game, poker room, or sports betting market to manipulate outcomes.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on privileged non-public information in any sports market.
• Chip dumping, artificial loss creation, or other patterns of play designed to circumvent bonus terms or transfer funds between accounts in an irregular manner.

In the event of a dispute arising from a game outcome, the result recorded in mg999's system and the game provider's server logs shall be the authoritative reference. Where a game is interrupted due to a technical failure before a round is completed, mg999's standard policy is to void the bet and return the stake to the Player's wallet.

7 Responsible Gaming

mg999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. However, we also acknowledge that gambling can become problematic for a minority of individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

mg999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to conclude that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, fraudulent, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• The Player's account is linked to suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account appears to be a duplicate of another active or previously closed mg999 account.
• The Player has self-excluded and attempted to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account.
• mg999 is required to close the account by order of a regulatory or law-enforcement authority.

In the event of account closure for any of the above reasons, mg999 reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawals pending completion of an investigation. Where closure is the result of confirmed fraud or a material breach of these Terms, mg999 may forfeit any remaining real-money balance in the account without obligation to return it.

Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method following standard KYC verification.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which mg999 operates as an international gaming platform. Any disputes arising from the use of mg999 that cannot be resolved through the standard support process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised dispute resolution procedures. Players agree to submit to this process and waive any right to pursue class-action litigation against mg999.
